The establishment of a new university hospital for Region Zealand. The future hospital will have 831 beds and 195,000 m2 of floor space, with approx. 145,000 m2 in new construction and approx. 50,000 m2 in the existing hospital complex, The vision for the Hospitals in Region Zealand is to support coherent patientpathways and to secure a flexible and sustainable hospitals. The aim is for construction of Køge University Hospital to support this.
